I'd time it up close to stock and then go from there.
As it adjustable with your pulley it would be nice to alter and do power runs on the rolling road.
Compare the graphs and set it how you like it.

Yes. Turn it over by hand with no plugs in to make sure nothing is touching!

Engine is almost ready to start!!! Could maybe some provide a 95,5 stroker ignition map?

Aron was kind in the past and gave me his map but i would like to see what others are using.

Is this the ignition map of the melted stroker?

Today was a day with mixed emotions. Tried to start the engine but noticed the following:

Engine seems to turn smooth but:

                1. While cranking i dont see any oil pressure rising (VEMS crank RPM 300) Holding it for about 30 secs every time.

                2. Have no spark and maybe the injectors don't flow.

Question: I have set the hall window as in the RS2 cam wheel but maybe the flywheel pin is in the wrong position (can this be the cause for no spark)?

Where should the window be? Any ideas?

I have a question: If the hall window don't allign with the flywheel pin then i dont get any spark at all and dont see RPM on megatune?

I had a look right through and can't find what flywheel your using.. Is it a 7A? did it just have the tiny pin or the steel chunk?

why not use the timing map from a 2.2 for starters. unless peter can help.

                        its gonna need work anyway.

id go with flywheel or damaged hall.

oil pressure is slightly different. you should see it if all dials are working. one thing to be aware of if you have fitted a new pump etc then there is potential for slight airlocks which delay pressure and oill to the engine. i pack the pump with assembly lube first. it provides something to suck against creating pressure and picking up oil sooner.

yes, 7A. i have welded a thick pin!

                          I think of the following:

                          1. Sensor on the flywheel and sensor on the cam pulley dont allign (would it on VEMS mean no spark at all and reads on Megatune no RPM?)

                          2. Sensors are sitting too far on the bell housing.

Can i somehow check if the sensor reads the pin?

attached a log of the attempt- You see no RPM and no duty cycle. Is there any fuse for them? Dont know what explains that both spark and Injectors dont work.

Not sure on missalignment. I just thought the ecu had know it was turning..

Take sensor out and measure depth to pin.
I think you need an ocillascope to check the sensor...

Can you not start it on motronic just use the diagnostics? Just a thought...

dont think motronic would start on the 630 injectors...but i could connect it while crancking to see if it records anything....

no one knows if the misalignment causes no spark and fuel?

I must change the sensor for another one. When i have no RPM then VEMS dosnt know that the engine is turning for ignition and injection.
