Looking good Andy, and I'm sure you'll do a much better job keeping the engine bay gleaming than I have

Glad you enjoyed the passeneger ride

It the first time in about a year ive really been in a fast car with somebody giving it beans, the last time i had mine on the road properly was August 2010 when i was at the ring. It's pretty much been off the road, besides the odd shopping trip, since.

The power felt savage! It makes me think how nuts a first gear launch would be with a reverse inlet and SM flywheel

its nice that some cars are becoming close in spec and would be definitelly interesting to give them a go once all are up and running/mapped.

Im hopping to get mine sorted soon(mapping wise), and then ill get it on my test track to compare with previous setups.

Ross/Andy, you are welcome to visit my test track! We can make a day out of it!

Think i need a ride in Ross's car to see how it performs, good work there Sonic, is that a JP breather mod on the ABY cam cover? looks very different to the one I got on my 3B cam cover.

on that note, i would also cover those holes with a metal cover to avoid too much oil going through.

Yes that's right, identical to JP's or near enough. I certainly spoke to him about it all and the sump baffle mods.

They are drilled between the cam lobes so should be good

                    oh ok.
i was getting quite a bit of stuff even from a smaller length and covered, thats why.

Make sure you use a good separator!

Yeah, hopefully not for long though. I quite like the idea of returning to OEM silver as well

Another picture update, all coming together now

You'll see some slight modifications to get the turbo fitting in comfortably with the wagner EM and the oil lines.

Also, do i recall that the plastic pulley cover needs a piece taking out of the top to stop the adjustable cam wheel catching (likes JPs)?
