Just remembered that yours is the Hohenester hybrid and I was wondering how it would go at the top end - as it only has the S2 sized turbine, but RS2 sized compressor - right ?

Is the butt dyno telling you the extra oomf feels like its in the mid range or the top end... I'm assuming its mostly the high revs as whilst the S2 turbo can do 1.4-1.5 bar in the midrange it doesn't have the headroom for the higher boost levels you can sustain on the RS2 in the high revs. You should be feeling more grunt though in the mid range as a result of your bigger intercooler too - which the N-Stream ABY chips you had before would not have been able to get best use out of.
The RS2 N-Stream does make the best of a big intercooler as thats the way the RS2 programming is from the factory.Paul Nugent

It should drop off a little - to about 1.3bar at 6000rpm - but I know its hard to spot that when the world is rushing past and you have other more important things to look at....Paul Nugent

Been working on the brakes today, got the front brakes fitted and bled.
I knew the old pipes would be tough to come off so got myself a nice 11mm snap on brake spanner well worth it
Not had a chance to try them out as I have the back ones apart awating discs.
Some shots

Update.....
Got the rear disks and pads finished, thought the old pads were ok but the Inner pads were worn down to the metal!
Bought a nice windback tool from ebay which worked a treat.
Bled all corners and just topped up fluid for the moment to get through the MOT.
The brakes are a great improvement over stock and your right they should be fitted before upgrading power
The S2 passed the MOT no problem with just a reg plate lamp not working which I had overlooked.Attached Files

Update.
Got some Roose boost hoses and 4mm silicone sorted, been trying to get the S2 on the rollers but the place I got it done before is shutdown and the other place is booked solid
Car is running great but need to look at the handling as its too much like a boat!
Ordered some new engine mounts as one is busted, then looking at changing:
Track rod ends
Wishbone bushes
Solid Subframe mounts
Gearbox Mounts
Rear diff mounts
Top Mounts
Trying to cool spending a bit as was doing a spreadsheet of goodys
