After a slow morning of spending lots, I've finally made some good progress again.
My efforts (and my dads) have been on the engine today. Fitting new nuts/bolts, gaskets, cleaning the rest of the sump, turbo, manifold, oil/water lines blah blah blah.
Here's what she looks like now...bring on the noise!!
before you say...yes the cam cover is dirty and not shiny...it's going for polishing soon!1996 Audi S2 - 295bhp and 326lb/ft - Complete Rebuild Project

with a delay to the project now on with waiting for flywheel bolts...this happens...
if karma exists in life, i have done something very bad!
1 - wind blows cupboard door open into an open container with 2litres of 15yr old transmission oil and goes all over the floor and driveway.
2 - as i clean up, there is the heaviest rain storm ever...oil now running away!
3 - fall over
4 - mad scramble to get engine inside and tools
5 - give up!1996 Audi S2 - 295bhp and 326lb/ft - Complete Rebuild Project
