Thuppu, I hope the flex is of good quality.

A friend of mine has a GT35R car and we could not make it to produce power.
At 470hp it hit a brick wall, timing only 9-10 degrees, knock. The engine had 8.0:1 CR, and supporting mods.

The reason was an exhaust that was turned into 1.65" potato cannon by a bad flexi:

Kind of allergic to these as well, have many friends that had problems with them, but not as the one above

I was thinking of buying one of these...

Small updates again, hope you don't pall with these everyday nonstop updates..? Got the oil cooler lines made up. Planned also how to fit the cooler. And that we don't get too bored we will have a really tight fit. But the bumper fits on without any cutting...







Had to mod the chassis middle brace to fit the exhaust('s). I will also do the exhaust mounts on the brace.

Fuel lines in the engine bay are finished. I only need to buy a adapter to fit the pressure gauge on the FPR.



What do you think of fitting the water/meth injection tank and pump behind the firewall in the manger? There is a lot of empty space there, could quite easily fit a 10l tank. Seems to miss the fresh-air filter, but have to find a smaller than stock one if I fit the tank there.

Haha, didn't I say I had the fuelpump somewhere on the back seat... or was it the front seat..?

The oil-line fittings are standard steel machine/hydraulic fittings with pressed hose fittings. Done in a local hydraulic store.

I'm soo nervous of starting the engine that I almost don't wan't to do it at all.

cheers for that.... what size fittngs are you using?

The hose is 1/2" and the cooler has 10AN fittings, stock size on the filter housing.

IC piping almost done. Need the ISV connection and water/meth nozzle holes...

I can see why you had such long oil cooler lines made....

what size pipe is running into your IC?
