Don't know about the engine. According to CP, their piston pins should hold for 175-200hp per cyl. I think the head is the restricting part on this engine, have no clue what can be possible hp with it..? The turbo is good for 600-680hp, so I would be dissapointed if we get under 600hp.

If the car is tuned properly, good piston pins will not fail even with 200hp per cyl.

600hp+ with hx40 super should not be a problem if everything is working.

Yeah, it will max out, but can still map a little bit of it to last cell.
It was not too bad on a GT35R and 600hp. I think it will be pretty similar here.

Yes, that is obvious. Was thinking of the RS4 MAF max out thing... In the link ~700 from crank with GT35R.

It maxes out between 500 and 600hp, depending on how much air you need to reach those hp.
But as I said - that's OK. The boost control is still closed loop, so it's safe.

Nice work Thuppu.
I can only say that you can get at least 400kW from wheels with this turbo and E85. This was only with 2.3bar. You can go up to 2.9-3bar overboost with HX40S .
So dont worry about braking 600hp from crank barrier, more worry HOW to brake 700hp barrier.
I just run with E85 11.5 and 205kmh. This was with 2.1bar.
