-18 degrees here today. Heater plugged for one hour and started nicely.

Edit. The car has never idled so well it does now. It idles perfect when cold and perfect when warm. Nice. Waiting forward to get some power also.

- Expect to start up the engine this Sat with stock Motronic 2.3.2 ..... run with E20 for a tank.
- Fill up with E85 and install RS2 replica injector and will try to start up to see overall result with adjustable FPR.
- Change to VEMS, fine tune with E85 and LPG
- End 1st stage project

Next project in mid 2013
- GT2870 or similar
- FMIC 9"x18"x2.5"
- Injector 0280150558 440@3bars
- DP
- Front brake upgrade
- LPG upgrade (300 KW reducer, injectors)
- Expect approx 380 bhp on E85 and 350 bhp on lpg

You don't need any upgrades for your chassis, like solid front subframe bushings?

I have done all the F+R sus including new front rotor and street track pads.
Convert to vacuum assist brake as well.

I have done all the basic need, and preparing for the bigger turbo.

- Ignition system replaced with D585 and spark wire from BMW E28
moved D585 behind firewall to avoid heat
- Nippon Denso IK24 plug with 0.4-0.5mm gap
- Replace brake vacuum from A6 with 15/16" master cylinder (Stock is 1")
- All breath hose and 1way valve
- Hose for cooling system
- New Radiator
- Sub-frame
- New suspension F+R (Ball joint, bushing, rubber etc)
- Fuel submersible hose replace with Nitrile hose to handle Ethanol, Methanol, Nitro
- FP from Denso, for 2JZ-GTE 340 HP engine (not 100% sure if flow enough for E85)
- FPR adjustable 2-7 Bars
- Monroe Relex Shcok Ab....plan for custom made from Hotbits Monotube subtank

Sounds great. Seems that you have so much mods on your car that it would be best that you do a own "Project Thread" of your car. Especially the brake assist change seems interesting...

Yes, a T3 twinscroll housing, but not a twinscroll manifold because there is 5 runners.

is that a 16cm housing>?
