  • Good job. Are you all done with a reserve!

    • Are you going to do anything to promote air flow to the cooler at that angle?

      • Yea, have to do some kind of air guides from the bumper inlet.

        • The fuel delivery system starts to take form...

Yet have to do a chassis plate for the setup, isolated with rubber mounts.

          • This is complete overkill unless you plan to run it on E85...
I hope the FPR will manage to hold the 4 bar fuel pressure.

            • In the future I hope to run E85, but we don't have it here yet so will go with 98/99 octane for now. I don't want to move a finger anymore because of the fuel system. Many in Finland has used the Mallory 4305M FPR without problems, and also with big power Audi projects.

What size wire should I use for the electric feed?

              • Hello. I'm most rebuilt.
Can you tell me which oil adapter you've taken? I find nothing what suits me.

                • Good work overkill is good rather have the ability to pump more fuel than the engine can use than too little

I'm not sure what you mean, but if you ment the oil cooler fittings they are normal industrial fittings with braided teflon hose. If I remember right the thread size on the oilfilter housing(and adapters) was M18x1,5. You can have them made in a local hydraulic store/workshop.

                      Edit.

Still have to make a bridge between the pumps, like the 034 style:

                        • Ok, you mean the turbo oil feed. Did found the adapter for it also from the hydraulics store. Don't remember the threadsize though.

                          • Any day now... will the engine start... I hope.

Made a assembly plate for the pumps and got also the fuel bridge done(needs only the thread for the fuel line adapter). Don't ask how I did the fuel bridge out of a 30x500x1000mm plate... Tools that was used... angle grinde, belt grinder and a bench drill.

Intake pipings are done. By-pass and N75 inlets. ISV outlet and watermist nozzles etc...
