Thanks for the comments. I have so little experience on track so there is propably a ton of things that I could do better. Best lap kept on video on this track was about 2:12. Seems that with some experience and a lightly modified cars M3, Porsche 911 etc. and with semi slicks, results like 1:50-1:55 are quite popular. Need to practice a lot more but there are just so few track days a year near my location.

Propably. Learning to drive would be a good start.

I have 360mm and 6 pot cayenne at the front. ;-)

Those calipers are easily 6/7 kg alone without the pads IRC

I weighted them years ago,together with the Audi Ceramic calipers

Of course. He will also feel the bigger brake discs. But the only other possible way is to drive slower. ;-)

50% front pads was like 1700g, springs and pinns 160g.
