    • Good work.

      The really long squiggly one goes from the bottom of the header tank, through the oval hole in the ABS bracket and down to the bottom of the rad.

            Need to make sure it's the narrow tip one otherwise when you turn the wick up you can get "spark hop" and bend a rod

              • Are you running the aux rad?

                It looks like top front of main rad to top of aux rad.

                      • Looks like I may have the wrong one one there, I bought a spare from quattro corner a while ago which looks like this.

                        Shall I change it over? I have a new cap to put on too.
                        May as well change both I guess!

                        • Fitted my Performance Friction pads today just need to bleed them up.
                          Also got the steering arms back on and roughly adjusted for now.
                          Got the old plastic injector cups out apart from one which is being stubborn



                          Started to take the exhaust off too and found that the car isn't high enough to remove the downpipe which is frustrating, not sure how to get around this one!

                          • You need to be running the narrow rotor tip. You can cut the wide one down if it's in better nick

                            • If you burn the injector seat it will go brittle and can be picked/wire wheeled out, not good for your white paint though.

                              • Well the narrow arm is box fresh so that will go in next time I get my hands dirty along with the new cap.

                                May have to repainted the manifold anyway as its taken a few knocks already.
