German eBay or mobile.de. I got a runner that had been rear ended for 700 Euro. Had to get over and drive it back so landed cost in UK around double that. Alternatively, Brian and I are thinking about making more shells once mine is done and we have a better feel for costs.

Do you have to pay any kind of import duty if bringing in for parts ?

I didn't pay any duty. We certainly have a jig. Happy to chat.

                    Cool work, cool thread.

The dipping does a great job, well worth it in the long run.

Looking forward to the 07k engine.

Thanks. Yes, we've been very impressed with the dipping. Will certainly do this again in future. Can't wait to see the engine too. The plumbing has Vband connections so the plan is for a sensible road turbo / map but also to get Hank to map on a much bigger "dustbin lid" sized turbo for times when you need it - should be quick to change the hardware and then flip to a new map in the VEMS. I'll race the single seater most of the time but then for the occasional day... ;-).

Started to get to the point of resuming work now after a bit of a delay waiting for parts. Hopefully the rear wings will arrive next week. Now I need to start finding the various smaller bits - a recon S2 LHD steering rack being next on be list.

                      On we go!

It's not just Red Bull that give you wings - apparently you can get them from Koraszewski AutoSport Poland too...

Key question for now is to paint it red or white - answers on a post card please...

For me Clive - It's got to be red every time, unless your going for the rally look. Or is that me being drawn back to my old UR

I think dark blue. I've seen, red, white and green, but never seen one nj dark blue. Only press pictures on the net...

What a dream build this is.

Excellent work and blimey I can't fathom what the budget would be but to me it will be worth every pence.

Blue probably will be BOSS... But then Andy and I are blue-biased arent we?

When you guys do run a few off and have prices for a complete car I would be interested.

                                Watching closely
