Oil recommendations and questions here - The Definitive S2 Oil thread

Hello.Can you please tell me what oil is better for my 3B S2?

Modifications - chip (280hp)
Driving style - few drags every month,but relax driving daily.

I am using Aral BlueTronic 10w40 for one and a half year now.Should I change it?With what?Castrol RS 10w60?Or stick with Aral blueTronic 10w40?

I could not find Blue Tronic oil thought..But in Romania there is this 10w40.
Should I run on this oil,or swap on Castrol Edge?

There hi performance stuff does not look too bad you know, I would consider going with a 5w-40 either from them or Castrol, dont bother with the 10w-60 its too thick for the engine.

Lazy bogger me so what the best oil for a bog standard RS2 for "normal life" in Cornwall and the occasional long trip up the line (i'll change it about every 5k).

Yes, Shell helix ultra fully synthetic. Quite difficult to find in the 5 liter quantity here.

What would you suggest for a standard ABY (soon to be remapped)?
Its very high mileage though, 187k, and i do tend to thrash it, but temp isnt really an issue.
