The plate sits on top of the coils without spacers so not ideal but maybe yours will be OK

One of the RS2 door cards was damaged in the “little” accident Cardcrash had.
So I swapped the leather look fabric over. First glued some new foam backing.
Cleaned all the old adhesive off the door.
Then glued it back on.
Two down, two to go.

I’m having a go to fix the door card hooks.
Made some hooks out of aluminium.
Bonded with two pack plastic glue.

The aluminium clips worked. Hope they hold. I did try to re glue a plastic one but it snapped off while I was re fitting the card.
I was just thinking about radios then noticed my Ariel wire is missing!
It must be lost in the spaghetti behind the dash.
What route does it take from the bee sting?

Remember this plug?
I found out where it should be.
It’s the rear speaker connector and should be up where the stereo is.
Don’t know how it got where it is or how I’m going to pull it back.
it connects to the smaller black plug you can see in the pic showing the stereo hole.

Take the heater controls out, should be able to drag it up to where it needs to be.Comment

I got some new pedal rubbers. The old ones were very worn.
They are not easy to get on. Very tight. I found the best way is to warm them up a bit in some hot water.
