The sun visors are the only part I couldn't get to work. The paint didn't take well to them. Are there any other cars with the same shape black visor that could be used instead?
Same here. The paint gets sticky in the hot sun and sticks to the headliner slightly so i leave them slightly down. 80 Cabriolet are black but slightly smaller if you can live with that?

The roof liner is shaped to accomodate the visor, and I'm not sure how it would look. I did think of chopping out the liner and re-forming it with fiberglass.
An8 feed and AN6 return...but the bottleneck is the fuel tank feeding hole. So good to cut the fuel tank and weld a new an fittings...check my topic to see that
Straight away I ran into a problem. The KW V3 damper interferes with the Porsche caliper
I placed in front of the hub.
Swapped left and right dampers: damper hits the cv joint
Turned inward: damper would be inside the car
Spent an evening in 3D cad and concluded that there is no other place
to put the calipers to clear the reservoir.
So I have to revert back to a single caliper.
Looking at the A4/Q5 330x22 disc (same offset as the S4 B7 300mm disc).
Epytec has a simple adapter for the B5 RS4 calipers and carriers for a 300mm disc.
Adding 15mm in the bracket would make it fit the 330mm rotor.
So now looking for RS4 B5 calipers and carriers. Made an offer on kleinanzeigen to a guy
selling a set including discs. Those discs are expensive!! The 330x22 discs are much cheaper.
I realize that the offset of the B5 hub is different to the B4 one so need to have the parts in hand
to be able to design a bracket myself.

Got some 'better' parts from Germany.
The cover for the gas tank behind the rear right wheel is on it's way from Audi Tradition,
together with one lower rear control arm of which I ordered only one previously...
