Adding a pic of the new grooves on my rear B5 S4 avant Bilsteins. Two new grooves, one 13mm below original, one 20mm below the original. I went with the 20mm setting to start.

I did mine in 2015 and the 20mm is correct. I took one old one and pair of new Bilsteins and went to a workshop. The guy checked my measurements with more accurate tools and got 19.8mm.

I really like the ride height with that. I compared the ride height with old oem and the new Bilstein setup and it was within a few mm. The measurement isn't accurate as the car was standing outdoors and the old shock was totally gone.

As some of you may have already seen HERE that my SuperSprint exhaust has arrived. Special thanks to Roberto at Gardus Tech for working with SuperSprint to not only convience them do another run of RS2 exhaust system, but also to have them custom build my down pipe for me. Super psyched that it is finally in the garage. I could not help myself and went ahead and hung the rear section just to see what it would look like since I have been looking at an exhaust cutout with nothing in it for ten years.





Downpipe 764011 I had them custom cut this and flange it for cat or straight pipe.
