Ok check at the 2pin connectors, pin out on the fuse box lid, you should have 12v + and- on the furthest one and the K and L lines on the middle one. If you can see the 12v with ign on then you need to buzz the k an L back to the ECU.
Make sure the pink pin retainer is sitting right in the ECU plug and none of the pins have dropped back.

Fuse 21 Run-on pump, oil cooling, diagnostic 10A

There is a 25A fuse in that slot, unblown.

Is it marked as diagnostic on a 3B?

Plug 1 is black and stinks of fuel.

If I had a MAF problem would it not still run with the MAF unplugged in limp home mode?

No, VAGCOM has not worked since I did the ecu swap, even when the engine was running.

Check the OBD fuse. Marked on the fuse box lid.

Just reading through again seems you have a MAF problem, Are you certain you got all the pin swaps done right?

    Ok

How about a problem with the wiring extensions for the tps and IAT sensor on reverse IM?

Also maybe pull the plugs to see if they're soaked in fuel

ECU has resistor mod done, has been tested in a RS2d AAN and working fine.

RS2 injectors are the ones I was using before.

Ok, I will check it again, it has not been touched since it was running 3B, and then ABY.
