      Cheers for sorting that chef

Shame its the only shiny bit on my car and its hidden

Bent oil and water lines by hand to fit
      New oil flange gaskets
      New water line seal rings
      Fitted stock downpipe
      Swapped wastegate studs between manifolds
Fitted wastegate, had to force the flexi to line up

Started to try and get the loom back into place

      Knock sensors refitted and torqued
      Flywheel sensors refitted

I need a coolant flange that goes into the back of the block if anybody has one?

Thats the one, just hoping not to pay £45, an old 7a one would do.

Progress is looking good man. Iv got one but im pretty sure its an ABY on which is 25mm diameter pipe. Would the 3B pipework stretch to that?

              Another brief garage session

7A coolant flange (courtesy of spink) on the left, broken plastic one on the right. I had top fit a spare 7a coolant hose as my hose was a larger diameter (I thought ABYs were larger )

7A FPR (courtesy of spink), fitted straight on once you swap the mounting brackets and lines, IM reference line is bottom v side but that makes no odds.

Fitting new injector seats (old ones all stripped out, so burned them, then picked/wire wheeled clean)

All in and excess sealant wiped off.

              New MFTS plug and pins

              Time to lube up

              IM built up

              And on

Got a pair of compbrake top mounts from Kit

I am going to drill and tap the lockring for a grubscrew so they will not come loose. I am also going to try a poly/rubber ring to cushion it a little if there is enough threads.

I wonder how difficult brass injector seats would be to remove , Or if they fail at all.

There would only be the seal between the manifold and seat to fail, so sealant and replace as required?
