          Thanks!

Did only calculate the area of the throttle body, wich is about 33 cm2, so I did the slots a little bit bigger, 40 cm2, so there isn't any restriction.

Today I lowered the plenum for about 20mm. Looks much nicer now. Some small things to do before we can weld it together.

One pic of the plenum tapping before I weld it shut.

the tapping is for strenght i guess? aint it so that it will disturb the airflow if it´s in the middle of the intake runners? And are you going to bead/glass-blast the inside for a enhanced turbulence effect to achieve more air speed or will you leave it like that? I know it´s a trial and error kind of intake, but this got me quite interrested.

Yes, they are for making the plenum stronger. 2 bar pressure makes quite a lot stress on a big plenum. You never know, maybe the tapps does just good, making air turbulence and mix better in the plenum, but in the other hand, the whole intake can be worse than the stock AAN..?

I was just tinking of leaving it as it is. The runners have the cast finish so I doupt the inside of the plenum matters..?

One pic of the small hose connectors. And my welding skills really need some training...

Weldings finished. Still have to make small mods on the fuel rail fittings. I will do the pipe to the throttle body of stainless steel. Needs propably to weld a fitting under the plenum that takes the weight of the V-band.
