Had to burst my bubble didn't you?

But on a serious note, thanks for the input. I have 2 speedos so I'll have a look into it and see what's what

Another way is to replace all 3 gauges with same style ones

FYI: As soon as you change the MAP sensor in the ECU from 250 kPa to 300 kPa, the calibration of the in-dash OE digital "boost" gauge (actually more correctly an "Absolute Pressure in the intake manifold" gauge) is fubar'd. Useless other than a vague sense that you are making boost (over 1.01 kPa atmospheric absolute pressure).

I like my boost gauge (relative boost, with vacuum) location (see below). If replacing the clock with a boost gauge was easy, many many UrS owners would have done this ages ago. Truth is I know of one or two that have done it. Problem is those three gauges (including the clock) are NOT indiviual gauges. They are three faceplates that attach to a single printed circuit board. Replacing anyone of them with anything, e.g. clock for boost gauge, requires major circuit board surgery and wiring.

Done 2000 miles since 11th of October, so it's not sitting around much

It not that long to take out And to fit it in pillars or vent won't take less IMHO.

I am thinking of replacing the clock in the speedo with boost gauge, but need to find a perfectly sized one.

It should be 2.1 ideally on mine, but I am happy with 2.0

I am using the dash one. But I never went more than 1.8 when pushing it, saw 2 bar only when in 6th hear flat out

I am going to London on Saturday, so I'll see how it feels at higher speeds etc.

Do you have a boost guage, or are you using the dash readout?

    Glad you noticed a difference.
