TO my eyes it just looks weird, I don't like the angle at which front lights are on the grill side, or rear lights on the number plate side.

Ideally I'd like to get n-america's front bumper and possibly color code/remove side moldings. Not sure about the rear yet.

Been thinking of going 'clean looks' for some time, but need to do some more photoshopping to be sure.

You'll get supermarket trolley scratches down the side!
    Looks good though

I'll try removing the mouldigs from rear bumper and front bumper too, see how that looks

Agreed... or maybe body colour the bumper mouldings at least?

    Thanks.

As I know quite a lot of people here have done engine rebuilds, how much would top engine rebuild cost in parts, as I would do all the work myself?

Correct, it's useful though when you don't have VAG COM with you and you need to read/erase a code.

Vagcom won't find an issue, says everything is ok. I tested the maf and all the measurements seem to be ok.

I notice power loss occasionally, as in, I accelerate and feel like something is holding the car back. And then it's ok again. Any ideas?

Yes, but vagcom can give you more info than just the fault codes.
