Finally I had some time to visit our post office... Got a small package from our fellow friend ShurikeN.

Excellent price. Makes the clutch very serviceable.

Yeah, a new disc would have been about 150 euros, this was now ~60 euros, and really easy to do.

The damaged pressure plate was little harder. First it was too big to fit in my lathe, so I had to make an adapter for it. But when I started to machine the friction area, there was a really hard spot there, burnt metal, so it was impossible to get it perfect. But I hope it's better now than before, I looks better though.

Then before I fitted the flywheel I realised that the 60-2 trigger wire need some place to come out. Did call to my friend and he told to just use an agle grinder to make a groove for the wire to the starter hole. That was easy.



But soon then it was time to lift the engine in...




And this is now how it looks.







Turbo fits well, only room for the air filter is little tight. Have to do some kind of 90 degree bend and put the filter lower down.

Looks great, good to see it coming together so quickly as well.

It looks like you've got a solution sorted, but an S2 Avant battery tray will bolt straight in to a saloon if you want an easier option.

my turbo stands on the same place as yours,i removed some metal from the inner wing to make room for the airfilter and made also an exra airguide

Recieved the IC today. It will be tight... really tight. Need to get the IC about 30mm higher up so I have to modify the fan frames a bit. Also need to make new radiator lower mounts.

Recieved a stainless catalytic converter from Germany. I was buying a 100cell high flow cat, but when compared to my UrS 100cell it sure look like 200cell core..?



My friend Tempo also brought back my wheels, he put the RS-R's on. The tyres sure is wider than normal 225's also they where seriously stiff. I might have some rubbing issues with this setup, at least in the rear, the Azev's are ET20 and now the tyres are so wide.

You will like the RS-Rs Thomas, they are excellent for the money.... but be careful in the wet unless they are warm!

I had a old 3.5" downpipe on the shelf, and it had the same size v-band flange as on the turbo. It was quite close but in the end so much away to fit. It had to be cutted in pieces. Maybe some kind of a downpipe can be made out of it.



Also made new fittings for the radiator as the old ones was just in the way for the IC pipings. Got the radiator now also 10mm closer to the engine and 15mm higher up. Little more room for the IC. Still have to cut the bumper, it's 40mm away to fit...



Dicided also to use a different wastegate, wanted V-band fitting so I can turn it easier in right direction. Ordered a cheap Tial style knock off, but I didn't realised it's 100% copy with all logos and everything, lol. Anyway, it's not an genuine Tial, not as good machining quality an details.
