Thanks. It's tight, but they will fit. SC intake is worse, outlet has plenty of room.

I was thinking of doing the same

Yeah, my friend(tempo) also use this pump in his typ85 and it is great. Stock pump impeller and thermostat removed. Really nice when you can also set it for aftercooling.
Sure, I'm aware of that.
Alex, I propably will use the Davies Craig lcd controller. It's so simpple to use and set up, and works without issues.

Some testing and fitting with the tensioner, pulleys and belts. The longest non supported part of the belt is ~35cm, I may get it squeezed to 33cm by making a new fitting hole for the outer pulley. Hope the belt will not jump off easily. Got some belts for testing from a local auto parts store, and I changed the alternator belt to little bit longer than in the pic.

Finished the belt setup finally. First I was going to weld on a aluminium bracket on the viscous mount(which is shortened), but it propably wouldn't hold for long without breaking. The stress of the serpentine belts are quite big. So I did the bracket of steel with a conical insertion to the alu mount. Added also an extra fitting point to the alternator bolt. The longest unsupported part of the belt is now 310mm.
Lets save the part numbers in this thread:

Looks awesome mate.
Why don't people run a toothed belt like a timing belt on setups like this? Would be better at preventing slippage, if imagine that blower will be taking quite a bit of torque to spin.
