The FPR gona be a Mallory 4305M. Also a Tial MVR 44 wastegate has been ordered... the outlet on my exhaust manifold was just 44mm, lucky.

Why all the mess with the fuel?
You are not building a 1000hp car. A single relayed 044 will be enough with standard fuel rail/standard FPR.
You can completely max 630cc injectors without any fuel taper on the stock system with 044. Have not tried 750cc's yet to the max, but 85% was no problem, no taper.

The rail looks quite neat to me. No need to cover it anymore.

The engine looks great, how easy was it to use the wrinkle paint?
It's quite easy to spray on, but you have to be careful that you don't spray a too thick layer at ones, it pour quite easily. Also to get a proper finish a owen would be great to heat up the piece. I did it with a heatgun. The finish could be better...
Thuppu, how much horsepower do you plan to get HX40S?
On a 20vt fiver the HX40S has reach't 670-680hp/700-780Nm. It's a whole different story what I'm getting out with it, hope to reach 600+hp/~700Nm though. Hope the hardware isn't limiting the power target too much. Well, if it does, then the mapper has hard times.

A question about the fuel pressure thingy... Whitch would be better to use if your injectors is big enough, 3bar or 4bar pressure? At 3bar the fuelpump has more flow, at 2bar boost it need to pump 5bar vs. 6bar at 4bar fuel pressure...
