Most of the power loss is probably from heat. Try measuring pressure and vacume there with that hose and your valve fitted. That should confirm heat or vacume as the issue.

Yes, have been thinking of some charge air cooling before the turbo. Don't know if I wan't to go the air to water ic route yet. Next winter if I re-locate the radiator in the trunk, then I could make a bigger upgrade for the charge air cooling... Don't wan't to do any big conversions just now before the summer track days. But if someone have a damaged 300x450x76mm or 300x600x76mm IC I can buy for really cheap, please let me know. Need to be with 3" inlet and outlet. The lower part needs to be intact as I will cut it like this:

Here is a dynoplot with 2.3 bar boost. Here you can see how the supercharger helps the turbo spool quite a bit, ~500rpm sooner.

Have had the ABS light burning ever since I swap the struts and brakes. Seems that it was a faulty wheel speed sensor. All showed 1.2-1.4kOhm, but the right front sensor didn't show any life when I measured with the AC-setting and turned the wheel. A new second hand sensor and insert and now the light is off and ABS is working. It was quite a pita to remove the old one. It only got out in pieces.

You can buy those cheap chinese coolers from finland for under 100euros in that size. But they probably will not have 3" inlet/outlets.

But for SC setup 3" pipe is overkill, so maybe you could find some extra space if you reduce the piping?

Yes, a IC with 140x65x550mm size core cost only 57 euros in "Biltema". But the core(and total 700mm) lenght is too long, don't have enough space to fit it. I did buy a small IC with 115x100x420mm core, and it will fit nicely, I will only cut the 2.25" in/outlet and weld on 3". I will not reduce the pipings because I have no interest to make everything a second time.

Also porting the Eaton will reduce the charge temps some, and I will do it when I take it out for rebuild(maybe next winter?).

Second day next month is the last day for MOT, so I'm getting busy with the hand brake thingy...

Tried to fit the stock rear calipers, but no chance to fit them if you wan't to use the stock cables, there is just not enough space. So I have to finish my DIY calipers and try to get them work. Did a proto adapter today, but I need to adjust the caliper position few mm, and redesign the shape of the adapter so there is enough space for the cable mechanism. The offset is good and the caliper slides can move freely.

wouldn't water cooled ic be easier to fit between all other parts you squeezed in ??

Well, the water cooler needs a good place, and it's impossible to fit it behind the bumper without removing the big IC. So would need to put water IC's for both supercharger and turbo, and thats need a lot more fabrication. Don't have the time just now. When I get the MOT done, then it''s time to get the upper end of the power curve sorted out.

Today I welded together the cable mechanisms for the mechanical calipers. Still need to make few small modifications, but it feels promising.
