Started to improve the breather system, as my previous simpple system isn't good enough. Need a different outlet on the valve cover, the rear isn't good. There will also be a return to the sump...

Modded a 7A valve cover to a PKK Motorsport version.

Man that valve cover came out so cool. I tried doing similar once by grinding the ribs off then powdercoat but it doesn't come out near as perfect

Looks good Thuppu, but why blinded the oil cap? That breather outlet its just and hose end or something more difficult system which is inside cover?

Just wanted clear look and something different. No problem to fill up without it. The breather outlet is just a dummy hole without anything fancy.

Did you use the same paint as the valve cover thomas? That will be fun at the first test drive

No, I didn't paint it, it was orrange colored from ebay. Smells quite bad though.

Got the Vems launch control working today. I'm not very good with electrics, but EFI express had a nice tutorial of how to do it, so can't go wrong there: http://www.efiexpress.com/catalog/ar...articles_id=12

It's now activated by the clutch pedal and it has an external on/off switch. Strange though I had to use channel 5 for my setup, not channel 7 as usual on AAN Vems. But anyway it now works.

Do you find that having the vacuum resevoir gives you any extra braking power or does it just give you some back-up if the engine fails?

it cant give you extra power,only more back-up by engine fail
