Sounds like all pocket bikes and minibike that was popular a couple of years ago... everything needed to re thighten. Agree totally on the price issue... but how about this cheap as chips tig welder with a proper torch and hose package? Should last a while...

The spare parts, torches, nozzles etc. is really sheap for these machines on ebay so no need to buy a expencive torch. I don't see any trouble with the torch that came with the machine.

No, no flex, you can turn the trigger to any direction though. It's so basic it can be, like this:

Some small updates. Got the other waterline for the wastegate today. Had to do a custom fitting for the block water-intake, but it worked out nicely.






Also tested to do some 3" to 4" stainless exhaust reducers. Pressed in a 300T bending press.

Does the torch have a flexible neck?

Well, I look't at the torch better today, and yes, it has a flex neck after all. It's some kind of rubber cover with a flex inside.

I really love this thing! Welded flanges for my turbo oil return line today, and it's so smooth to weld with it, and you can weld really small things with it with high precision. Stainless braided teflon hose is pressed on the hose fittings.





All exhaust parts has been collected, exept for the cat. It has seized at the toll customs...

Nice! Good luck on the exhaust! What kind of bends do you have and how are you cutting them?

I have a couple of brand new 3,5" 90 degree bends, and a bunch of 4" used bends, plus some 3" for the IC pipings. Have to cut them with a angle grinder, I don't have any better solution for the job.
