Well, it's very theoretically but let's have a go.
- 700hp capable turbo, that's at least 0,6kg/s airflow.
- Burning air to fuel at a ratio of 10 with E85 mixture with density of 780kg/m³ would need around 4500cc's per minute, divided over 5 cylinders is 900cc/min injector MINIMUM.
- Max mapping DC of 80% to have enrichment margin, make it 1200cc/min flow.

Of course a smaller injector could do combined with increased pressure delta over in injector by tweaking the FPR.

Exhaust still not finished but drove it today. My neighbours propably love mee.



Looks quite sharp in the image, but there is much rusty and rotten places on this car. I sure you that better ones has been broken to parts many times.

- Tube exhaust DIY
- AAN intake manifold
- Tial MVR wastegate

- 5" 100cell catalytic converter
- 3,5" Exhaust with Simons silencers
- 3" IC piping
- 450x300x76 cooler
- Aquamist HFS-3 water injection

- 2 x Bosch 044
- 2 x stock fuel filters
- Walbro 255LPH lift pump
- ~4,8 liter surge tank

- 1/2" and 3/8" steel braided teflon lines with pressed hydraulic fittings
- Bosch EV14 1000cc@4 bar injectors
- Custom "Motorsport" fuel rail

- Bosch F5DP0R plugs
- DIY loom

Driveline:
- SRE pressure plate, 4-puck sinter
- Fidanza lightweight alu flywheel
- 01E 6-gang gearbox

Suspension and brakes
- Koni sport shocks
- Weitec -40mm springs
- Front subframe bushings replaced with DIY alu/steel bushings/mounts
- Rear subframe bushings replaced with delrin bushes (made by bambridge S2forum)
- Front brakes S4 B5 30x321mm disc's with HP2 calipers
- Rear brakes stock
