The head I was using in the damaged engine seems to be good to go. I will check the seats in cyl 5 and grind then clean.

Damper welded in small spots and cooled with compressed air so the rubber don't burn. I did also fill weld the big balance holes on the outer mass, as this damper goes in with an unbalanced crank that isn't the pair for it. The damper has been balanced aftewards at some point.

700x300x100mm IC. Not much bigger will go in UrS without heavy modifications. Needed to cut the radiator fittings, and of course the radiator itself will go to the rear.
The stroker block is at the machine shop. Finally decided to go forward with it. They will bore it to 82mm, machine the water outlet in the rear and block off the rear oil return. Decided to go with 0.11mm(0.0043") piston to wall clearance as the pistons are 2618 alloy.
When making the new exhaust manifold, needed to emulate the tall block so everything will fit without issues.

Propably not the final position for it. Just need to test fit everything so there is enough space for SC and IM plumbing before starting to make any brackets. SC intake pipe will be 4" as well as the turbo air intake. All other pipings will be 3". Also the SC belt route will be fun to figure out... may need some extra pulleys, at least a tensioner.
This may be more how the layout will be... maybe.

Got a package from Sweden.
Got the M112 mounts done today. Need only to paint them. The belt isn't going stright to the crank pulley, there will be a tensioner and a pulley that keeps the free belt short enough to eliminate belt slack... i hope. The tensioner is some Fiat model and the rib pulley is from Mercedes, ordered them from Spareto, INA brand.
